Supreme court to review Meta shareholder lawsuit

There is misleading information according to the shareholders of Meta and lots of lawsuits are brought against it. Financial stakes from Meta are 2-billion-dollar potential according to Bloomberg intelligence analyst. They analysed and found that it could be that kind of payoff for the company to those shareholders. Since 2005, the security exchange commission has required companies to disclose risks that could have a material impact on share prices. It could be information or could be an event. The shareholders in this case are alleging that Facebook was too slow and close to that risk.
