After coming back from the office, I lay on my bed, took the phone, and pressed the Facebook icon. Alas! Did you imagine the āsession expiredā screen after reading the first line? Same pinch buddy! We are on the same pace. In fact, the world is at the same pace of not getting access to Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram. And it is also predicted that WhatsApp and YouTube will be hit. Yes, you heard it right!
I realized that the issue was something bigger. Because I was trying to reset the password several times till 10 pm Tuesday. I have also heard from a lot of people. They tried to reset their password. What if the account got hacked?!. Meta owns Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. The famous tech company, Meta is led by Mark Zuckerberg. Whereas, he is at a great Indian wedding. Although, It is rare for the Meta team to face such a backlog and hopefully they are trying their best to remove this glitch.
Meanwhile, people are outraging on Reddit about the issue and cursing the mother company. Today something struck my mind. We are so much more connected to Facebook than any other social media that it just left us idle for a moment. We really cannot think of an hour without Facebook or Messenger.
